Hypertension of course a serious problem for health. How to cure high blood pressure naturally is with regular exercise. If you are lazy to cure, hypertension lead to heart attack and stroke. We know regular exercise is not easy. Also do not go around through sport, because the body condition and age. So that you need to know the exercise that's right for hypertension.

Approval from a doctor

Weight training has a tendency to increase blood pressure when you do it, but exercise is still useful. When you lift weights, your muscles develop an increased resting metabolic rate (RMR) you. If you add a 0.5 kg load on your muscles, it can burn 30 to 50 calories per day, according to University of Michigan Health System. However, to avoid spikes in blood pressure, choose a lighter load.

You surely know that the natural way of lowering high blood pressure with a healthy diet and regular exercise. I think this is enough to reduce high blood pressure. So, do not do a futile exercise or cause the body pain.
